# DEEPDIVE

DEEPDIVE turns a prompt into an image, a video, a presenter clip, a voiceover or a higher-resolution
version of something you already made — without leaving the page. Jobs stream from queued to running
to done over a live connection, so you watch work land instead of refreshing a tab. Every asset stays
private to your workspace and is served through short-lived signed links, never a public bucket.

The billing is the part most tools get wrong, so it is worth stating plainly: **you are charged the
price shown on the button, and only for renders that succeed.** The wallet is an append-only ledger —
grant, top-up, subscription, hold, capture, release — that you can read line by line.

## Pricing

- **Starter** — $19/month for 500 credits. For trying things properly.

- **Pro** — $49/month for 2,000 credits. For shipping every week.

- **Credit packs** (one-off, stack with any plan): 500 for $5 · 2,000 for $18 · 8,000 for $60.
- **Free to start**: 200 credits on signup, no card required.
- Credits do not expire.

## How the meter works
- Submitting a job places a **hold** for the estimated cost.
- The hold becomes a **capture** only when a valid asset lands.
- A failed job is **released** in full — you are not charged.
- Cancelling a queued or running job **returns the hold immediately**.
- A running job's cost is fixed at the credit price on the button; what the underlying model costs is
  not passed through to you.

## Teams and privacy
- Work lives in a **workspace**. Credits, jobs and assets are scoped to it, not to a person.
- Invite teammates with a role: owner, editor, viewer or reviewer.
- Media is private by default and delivered via signed, expiring URLs.
- Avatar generation is **consent-gated**: it will not run without an explicit affirmation that you
  have the right to use the likeness.

## Questions

- **What is a credit?** One unit of generation. An image costs 6, a voiceover 8, a video 30. You see the exact cost before you press Generate — never after.

- **What happens if a render fails?** You are not charged. Credits are held when you submit and only captured when the asset actually lands. Cancel a job mid-flight and the hold is returned in full.

- **Who can see my generations?** Only your workspace. Media is private by default and served through short-lived signed links — never a public bucket.

- **Can I use it with my team?** Yes. Invite teammates into a workspace with a role — owner, editor, viewer or reviewer. Credits, assets and jobs are scoped to the workspace, not to you.

- **Do credits expire?** No. Bought credits stay in your wallet. A plan tops you up every month on top of them.
